When the project began in 2003, employee engagement was a niche human resources concept. It has now become a priority for political 和 career leaders, garnered attention in the halls of 国会, 和 spun off into initiatives across the federal government.

Agency leaders 和 staffs have exp和ed their knowledge of employee engagement, developing strategies 和 implementing changes to improve their workplaces. Their efforts that have paid off. Despite disruptions 和 challenges, including pay 和 hiring freezes, 政府关闭, 预算的不确定性, political turmoil 和 increasingly complex missions, many agencies have made strides in engaging employees 和 creating more productive work environments.
